This Report is issued by Swarna and accepted by the Customer on the following Terms & Conditions:

• The examination has been scientifically carried out using standard procedures with the available instruments.

• This report has been rendered at the request of customer and is for his/her exclusive use only.

• This report expresses an opinion at the time of inspection of the piece.

• It is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal.

• No representations or warranties as to the accuracy are made.

• A diamond can be treated, modified and re-cut, to enhance its Colour and Clarity at any time. Therefore the conclusions of this Report reflect the findings at the time it is issued.

• Clarity grading is based on 10x magnification, as per the area visible and as per the mounting permits.

• The clarity, color and cut grade is an average grade keeping in mind the grading of all stones in the piece of jewellery.

• The color of the metal will affect the color of the diamond to a certain extent

• Swarna will not be held responsible for any mishap or misrepresentation whatsoever, it is a term of agreement under which Swarna expresses an opinion that Swarna is expressly held harmless by customer including, but without limitation for any claim or actions that may rise in connection with the preparation of this report or action based upon the customers use of the report.
