TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Swarna Raksha Pre-booking Offer is a sales promotional offer from Gujjadi Swarna Jewellers Private Limited to its customers as part of the Akshaya Tritiya Sales Promotion. This offer shall hereinafter be referred to as Offer/offer in these terms and conditions.
The promotion is valid for bookings from 1st May to 10th May 2024.
The delivery/purchase of the booking is to be done within 12th May 2024.
The gold value for the booking quantity calculated based on the booking day’s Gold Rate, is to be paid in full on the booking day. i.e. 100% of the Gold Value is to be paid on the booking date.
On the date of delivery, Gold Jewellery of quantity not less that the booked quantity is to be purchased.
On the date of delivery, between the booking date gold rate or the delivery date gold rate; whichever is lower is considered for of the original booked quantity.
At the time of delivery, no other gold rate other than the booking date rate and delivery date rate shall be considered for the booked quantity.
If the purchased quantity on delivery is more than the booked quantity, the extra quantity shall be valued with gold rate as on the delivery date.
In no circumstances, the advance payment shall be refunded back to the customer.
The offer also provides for a discount of 10% on making charges.
The offer is valid only for the purchase of Gold Jewellery (HSN: 7113).
The offer is not valid for silver jewellery/article of any kind, gold coin, bar, bullion etc i.e. it does not apply to purchase of non-jewellery form of gold.
The offer is applicable only for purchase online or in select Branches of Gujjadi Swarna Jewellers Private Limited.
Gujjadi Swarna Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice to anyone including but limited to customers who have already availed the offer at the time.
Gujjadi Swarna Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to terminate, cut-short or extend the offer anytime without prior notice to anyone.
Gujjadi Swarna Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to deny the offer to anyone it deems unsuitable to avail the offer without allowance for enquiries on the decision.
In case of any disputes with respect to the terms and conditions of the offer, the decision of Gujjadi Swarna Jewellers Private Limited is final.
